“For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning” (Ps. 30:5).

“Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul” (Ps. 143:8).
“And so we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts”
(2 Pet. 1:19).
Prayer: Lord, in the morning I will sing of Your strength. In the morning I will sing of Your love, for You are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.
